2011-11-20 - So happy with my purchase! Like anyone was skeptical about ordering online but I gave it a chance. One of the best decisions I have ever made. The ring was absolutely beautiful and the price was absolutely great! It was delivered on time and I was kept updated throughout my whole order’s process with many emails and my tracking number. 2012-03-02 - I noticed that my white gold ring was turning yellow around the prongs. I didn’t know that white gold did that. I went to a local jeweler and he explained everything to me about rhodium and white gold. I contacted Primestyle since we had bought the ring from them about 4 years ago. They told me the same thing about having it re-rhodiumed. I sent it back and in just 2 days I had it back and it was back to normal. Maybe in a few years if it happens again I will consider changing my diamonds to a platinum setting.

2012-02-25 - I was looking for an engagement ring that was a little different than the norm but I didn’t have a lot to spend on something extravagant. I found the perfect radiant three stone ring here at Primestyle and my girlfriend couldn’t be happier as she opened the box. I hid the box under her pillow so when she lay down and pulled it from under the pillow she would open it wondering what was obstructing her. As she opened the first box and then the second she looked at me and I was already on my knee. It went perfectly.

2/29/2012 - I upgraded my bridal set that my husband purchased for me from Primestyle. I tried to do an upgrade with other companies that were in my hometown, but they wouldn't give me a good enough deal. Well, I went to Primestyle, and they gave a fair price toward the purchase of my upgrade. They even held my down payment and applied my monthly deposits until I could come up with the final payment. David worked with me. Once all of the money was sent, I then sent the rings back, and they sent me my replacement set. They were absolutely beautiful. They just sparkled! I am pleased with the price, value, and style. I was promised that my rings would be delivered by the Tuesday after he received my return, but there was a problem with the shank. Even so, David kept me informed of the delay and they were received in a timely fashion. The only problem I have with my engagement ring is that the cut is square and the edges are somewhat sharp. I will just have to be more careful. But all in all, I am very happy, and you just can't beat the price. It's probably the best price you'll find anywhere. I love the fact that they send you a complimentary appraisal with each purchase. Who does that?

2012-02-24 - A week before my wedding I lost a diamond in my engagement ring. Upset and angered I called Primestyle to see if there was anything we could do with such a small time frame. We had to take pictures and didn’t want it seen missing a diamond. The manager assured me that If I got the ring back to them within a day they would be able to fix it and have it ready for delivery for the wedding. I sent the ring back on Tuesday and on Thursday I received the ring back from being fixed. The timing was great because the wedding was Saturday and I was relieved of some of my worries. 2012-02-24 - I noticed a small inclusion in the center of my center stone when I received it. When I showed the ring to a friend they didn’t see what I was showing them and made me think I was going crazy. A week later I gave it to my now fiancé and she says it was absolutely beautiful except for the inclusion in the center. I was so embarrassed. I contacted Primestyle and paid to have it upgraded to a better quality. I told my girlfriend to forget I proposed so that I could surprise her again, and this time with the right diamond. When the ring came, it was perfect with no inclusions or issues in the stone. About a month later I popped the question again, and the sparkle in her eyes matched the sparkle in that diamond.

2012-02-17 - I bought these as stocking stuffers for my mom's Christmas this year. She was very surprised, and really loved them. Every time that I have seen her since then she has them on. They go with everything, and can be dressed up, or can just be really casual. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
