In order to process a return, simply contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-217-7622, Mon – Fri form 10am est. to 6pm est. to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our Customer Service staff will provide you simple instructions on how to properly package, insure and ship your items back to our office. Items sent to our office without a RMA number, packages shipped beyond the 30 day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused upon receipt. Your satisfaction is important to us and if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund. 

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Primestyle.com will not be accepted. All items are to be accompanied by the original paperwork and appraisal. Please note that Primestyle.com will not be held accountable for any additional duties and taxes, shipping, insurance or customs fees that may be applied during international transactions. Prepaid duties and taxes, shipping, insurance or customs fees are non-refundable.
