All fine diamonds, colored gemstones, platinum jewelry and gold jewelry sold by Primestyle.com is genuine, authentic and made with high quality and value. Certain selected diamond solitaires are accompanied by an Independent Lab Certificate from GIA, EGL, AGS, HRD, FAGL, or IGI.

This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects like bent prongs, or any repairs or cleanings that you may need. This warranty excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, for example loss of precious stones and theft. All items are to be insured by your own insurance company as to cover for loss or theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Primestyle.com will void this warranty.

This warranty covers all repairs and/or replacements at factory cost, please refer to our Price Guarantee. Customers will be charged factory cost and not charged retail cost for a repair and/or replacement which is still low as we are a factory. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to each service, repair, and/or replacement.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
