We are a jewelry manufacture not a retail store (that is why our prices are significantly below retail). Our New Jersey offices are not open to the public as we do not have a showroom because items are made only when you order them, also due to our insurance company restrictions. Therefore the only way to view the item is by purchasing it through our website. Our items are very well represented through our images and the very low return rate reflects that our items meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.

Are your diamonds and jewelry real?

All of our items comes with a diamond guarantee - diamonds are 100% real and natural. We also provide a price guarantee - our items are guaranteed to be at significantly lower price than retail otherwise you are entitle to receive your full money back.

do your items come with authentic certificates and appraisals?

Our items come with a Primestyle certificate and appraisal. We believe the quality of all our items to be of excellent quality and are guaranteed to be within the quality range as stated on each item's page.

Do you have any other pictures of the items?

Unfortunately the pictures posted are the only ones we have available. We are constantly updating and adding item pictures in order to provide a better representation of the item.

Do pictures represent the real item?

The carat weight is indicated on the item auction page. The image of the item auctioned is enhanced and enlarged and represents the style of the ring and not necessarily the actual size.

Can I engrave my ring?

Yes! We offer engraving for your ring (provided your setting style has place for it) for only $49.99. We recommend only 12-14 characters for the best results.

Do you do resizing and what is the cost?

All of our rings can be resized for a service fee of $19.99, for gold, or $49.99 for platinum. We highly recommend that our customers do resize ring(s) through us due to our competitive low fee and professional resizing service.

Warranty?

Our items do come with a life time labor warranty. This warranty covers any repair, damages, or regular clean ups at the manufacture cost price (which is significantly lower than local store will charge you).

What payment options do I have?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, personal checks, money order, and bank wire transfer. All payment options will be offered to you at the checkout page.

Can i upgrade my item after i already paid for it?

Of course! Simply contact us at 888.532.9440 or email us at sales@primestyle.com with your Order ID and the upgrade in which you would like to do. You will receive a price quote from our diamond specialist and issued return instructions to get your item safely back to the factory.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will apply only on New Jersey residents. The tax rate is 7%

Do you offer layaway?

We do provide an option of a layaway payment program with the following terms:

1. 20% of the item price as down payment
2. Remaining balance to be paid within 2 months

The items will start processing and be shipped only upon completion of payment.

How to pay if transaction is over daily limit?

1. You can go ahead and place the order online. Once you get to the payment method choose the "pay by phone option". Write down your order number and complete the order. You can then call us and over the phone we can make the first payment for your order (below your daily limit). Then the following day you can call us again to make the payment of the remaining amount.

2. You can call your card company or your bank and ask that they allow a one time transaction to "Primestyle" to be above your daily limit. Once they have confirmed you a one time transaction over your limit you can purchase the item online.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are indicated on the checkout page. Currently we offer free shipping to all of our customers whether from the US or INTL. customers. Please be advised for our INTL. customers that the custom and duties fees are solely the customer's responsibility. The custom and duties fees vary according to the customer's specific country's laws and regulations.

Do you offer combined shipping?

We can combine shipments for up to 4 items (one shipment cost). However, insurance on the amount of $4.99 is to be paid for each item.

Do you offer insurance on your jewelry?

After your order has been completed, all items are photographed and insured only for the purpose of shipping. While we don't offer insurance on your diamonds and diamond jewelry it is a common practice to insure your item's which can be done through almost all insurance companies. Does my jewelry come with a jewelry box?

All order come with their free certificates and appraisals as well as packaged in a beautiful jewelry box. Everything you need to have your item's insured.

Duties and taxes

Duties and customs fees are based on your countries' regulations. The customer is responsible for those fees. We do our best to declare the item at the lowest value possible for lower fees.

Can i ship to an address that is not my billing address?

Yes you can. However in order for us to insure your item prior to shipment and release it for shipping it must go to a verified address. How long does shipping take?

It takes 3 business days to process a transaction and 1 business day for shipping in US or 1-3 business days for international orders. You will receive an email notification as soon as the item is shipped out together with the tracking number.

Does someone have to sign for the package?

Yes, we require all of our packages to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not available when the delivery person comes, then they will leave a note for you with instructions. You can then pick up the package or they will attempt to redeliver again. In either cases, packages will not be released without an authorized signature.


Processing timeframe Related

How long does it take to process an order?

There are at least three business days for order processing. We require at least three days in order to manufacture the item according to your requirements (casting of the metal , sizing and setting of the diamonds). The item thereafter has to be inspected, certified, appraised and shipped.

How long does a return take to process?

Returned items are first inspected. Upon completion of the inspection we will contact you in order to complete the exchange or refund process. This process usually takes up 5 days.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

While your refund is being processed, your funds are automatically transferred through a processor. Please allow at least 10 business days for the processor to transfer the money to your account.

What is your return Policy?
