We offer free shipping to all of our customers whether from the US or INTL. customers. We use only safe and prompt carriers such as FedEx and U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please be advised for our INTL. customers that the custom and duties fees are solely the customer's responsibility. The custom and duties fees vary according to the customer's specific country's laws and regulations.

We are your Direct Factory, Jewelry Manufacturer and make each item as it is ordered. We deal with thousands of customers on a daily basis, both U.S. customers and INTL. customers alike. In general we allow 3 business days for processing. The time your item is made, certified, sized and appriased. It is then sent via your shipping method. Although we do our best to have each order processed within the time frame, which is true for 95% of our orders, sometimes there will be delays that can not be forseen. Whether the delay is due to inspection or a delay in receiving your casting from a 3rd party we can not guarantee the processing time frame of 3 business days. You can always request when placing your order to have the factory expedite it if possible.
